Terms of Service

1. Services Provided

CJN Dental Prosthetics offers:

  • Custom dental appliances: crowns, bridges, dentures, and orthodontic devices.
  • Prescription-based fabrication for UK-registered dental professionals.
  • Mobile and lab-based services depending on client needs and technician availability.

 

2. Client Eligibility

  • Services are available to dental practices and private patients with valid prescriptions.
  • All work complies with General Dental Council (GDC) standards and UK dental regulations.

 

3. Service Area

  • Coverage includes Bishop’s Stortford and surrounding Hertfordshire villages.
  • Also serving Uttlesford district in Essex, including Stansted Mountfitchet, Saffron Walden, and Great Dunmow.

 

4. Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround: 5–10 working days from receipt of prescription and impressions.
  • Express service available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.

 

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Transparent pricing provided via quote or service menu.
  • Payment terms: 14 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

 

6. Quality Assurance

  • All appliances meet MHRA and GDC standards.
  • Remakes or adjustments offered within 30 days if due to technical fault or prescription error.

 

7. Liability

  • CJN Dental Prosthetics holds professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
  • Not liable for clinical outcomes or misuse of appliances outside intended use.

 

8. Data Protection

  • All client and patient data handled in accordance with UK GDPR.
  • Records retained securely for a minimum of 5 years.

 

9. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
  • Refunds issued only for services not yet commenced or in cases of proven fault.

 

10. Complaints Procedure

  • Complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of service delivery.
  • A response will be provided within 5 working days, with resolution aimed within 14.

 

11. Amendments

  • Terms may be updated periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
